About MeHi. I'm Lyn Thiele. If you hear someone talking about a person who loves the Bible, who often talks about Jesus and enjoys playing the piano, reading biographies and making quilts, has a beloved husband, five children, and another one in heaven, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and one cat, they’re probably talking about me.
What a God we have! And how fortunate we are to have him, this Father of our Master Jesus! Because Jesus was raised from the dead, we’ve been given a brand-new life and have everything to live for, including a future in heaven – and the future starts now! God is keeping careful watch over us and the future. The Day is coming when you’ll have it all – life healed and whole. Peter the Apostle (The Message Bible)

It used to be easy to communicate with libraries, banks and such. The people who worked there recognised us and greeted everyone cheerily. Our signature and our presence was enough for them to loan us a book or hand over … Continue reading
Some of my readers may recall a post I wrote months ago called Giving Good Words, but I see I still have a lot to learn! Lately I’ve been making a couple of lists. One is about what I enjoy in … Continue reading
